As a US Air Force civilian, I've enjoyed supporting the Department of Defense Security Cooperation English language training missions for 10 years as a branch chief, program manager, supervisor, and training instructor. My experience includes operational planning, developing and implementing measures of performance and effectiveness, training & supervising small teams, identifying problems and developing courses of action for mitigation, managing large budgets, and professional & technical writing.
